$25.00/lesson.(GST Included) - It is appreciated that we be given at least 24hrs. notice for a lesson. And 24hrs. notice for cancellations. |

Training & Conditioning:

$450.00/month - Northern Light bred stock or horses sold through NLA.
$500.00/month - Horses not sold or bred by NLA. Training fees to be paid in advance. |

Show Fees: |
$30.00/class - Class A & other breed shows
$100.00/class - Regional N/C for NLA bred stock |

Trainer's Expenses: |
Food, motel and trainer's transportation costs will be pro-rated by the number of training horses at the show. |

Show Expenses: |
All out of pocket expenses, including but not limited to decorations, bedding, extra tack, stalls, ready room, etc. will be pro-rated by the number of training horses at the show. |

Show Deposits: |
$125.00 advance deposit against estimated expenses for most shows. This will be billed prior to the show along with entry fees, and credited to accounts against total show expenses after each show.

$350.00 - Regional shows
**note: All entry fees must be paid prior to show and training accounts must be in good standing before horse is taken to show. |

Transportation: |
$.40 per Km. - Min Transportation charges $50.00 |

Daily Road Fee: |
Horses travelling with the stable will be billed individually to their owners for any extra expenses. (Stabling, Boarder fees, Permits). |

Photograph Sessions: |
(Photographer's fees as charged)
$100.00 per horse - preparation and stand up fee. |

Seller's Agent Fee: |
15% of total sales price or value payable at time of sale. |

Terms: |
We do offer terms to qualified buyers. The conditions would depend on the individual horse(s). |

Owners will be expected to provide winter blanket and cooler for horses.
***Any Northern Light Arabian tack or equipment broken by individual horse will be charged back to owner's account.***
All fees must be paid monthly. A late charge of 1.5% interest per month will be added to accounts after 30 days. |
